DELINQUENCY

Interest on delinquent balances – 1.25% of balance

Collection penalty on delinquent accounts – $250.00

Fee for returned check – $50.00

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP (BUILDS CAPITAL RESERVE)

Capital Improvement Fee – House – $854.00

Capital Improvement Fee – Lot – $427.00

Capital Improvement Fee – Adjacent Lot – $213.50

Resale Certificate – $100.00

FINES

Failure to complete an annual census form by 3/31 – $100.00

Traffic and non-traffic fines and citations – $25.00 – $2000.00

Board may issue a repetitive fine, for each day, when violations occur or continue

Members in Good Standing may request to be heard by the Disciplinary Committee to dispute a citation or fine. Fine must be paid in full and account balance must be zero before the case will be heard for review.
