DUES

Dues for house or vacant lot – $854.00

Dues for adjacent lot – $ 213.50

Annual Rental/Tenant Registration Fee – $250.00

Short Term Tenant – $50.00 per rental

DELINQUENCY

Interest on delinquent balances – 1.5% of unpaid  balance, monthly

Collection Penalty on delinquent accounts – $250.00

Fee for returned check – $50.00

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP (BUILDS CAPITAL RESERVE)

Capital Improvement Fee – House – $814. 00

Capital Improvement Fee – Lot – $407.00

Capital Improvement Fee – Adjacent Lot – $203.50

Re-Sale Certificates – $100.00

Look-up fee for a third party – $5.00 – $15.00 each request, waived for MIGS

FINES

Failure to complete an annual census form by 3/31 – $ 100.00

Traffic and non-traffic fines and citations $ 25.00 – $300.00

Board may issue a repetitive fine, for each day, when violations remain or continue

Members in Good Standing may request to be heard by the Disciplinary Committee to dispute a citation or fine. Fine must be paid in full and account balance must be zero before the case will be heard for review.
