The Paupackan Lake Association (PLA) Speed limit is 15 mph
Speed Limit at bridge and beach is 5 mph
Vehicles that do not stop for public safety will be fined.
Should you get stopped or are questioned by any PLA public safety officer, please provide the information requested.
To report issues or violations to PLA Public Safety, call 570-226-5385. Provide your name, phone number, address and the issue.
You will get a call back when an officer is on duty.
Public Safety Officers can assist you in completing Incident and/or complaint forms.

Vehicles
• Automobiles operated within Paupackan Lake association maintained land and roads must be legally registered and operate under Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.
• All drivers must hold current valid drivers licenses.
• All recreational vehicles must conform to Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.
Paupackan Lake Rules
• All ATV, UTV, Motor Bikes, Electric Bikes, Dirt Bikes, Minibike riders and Golf carts without a roll cage must wear a helmet while operating within the Paupackan Lake association property, and the vehicle must have a flag.
